Cachet Holding 2007 Stock Holder Conference

Cachet’s 2007 stock holder conference was held in Cachet Headquaters on April 11, 2008, which was seated by Mr. Ding Yuanwei, the board chairman. The delegates from 11 stock holding companies took part in the conference, including 12 board directors (including four independent member), 6 supervisors and high-level managers from Cachet.
  
The delegates carefully reviewed the reports at various topics and endorsed“Cachet 2007 Annual Work Report and 2008 Work Plan ”, “Resolution for Profit Distribution”, “Resolution for Setting up and Selecting Independent Board Directors”and “Program for Modifying and Adding Board Directors and Supervisors ”. Pertinent and viable proposals were put forward at the conference too.
